2. Orders and Payments
- Order Placement: This contract is valid for orders placed online, via email, or over the phone.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, our policy is as follows: No refunds.
- Act of God: In the event of an Act of God, we offer a full credit that can be used within a year of the original event date.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule 1 to 2 days prior to the event, we can accommodate this. However, perishable items and additional expenses (labor, parts, loss of use) may incur extra charges. A credit of 50% of your deposit will be applied to the new date. If the new date is cancelled, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refunds are at the sole discretion of The Rice Lady, LLC. Even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we reserve the right to charge for consulting and coordinating services.
4. Service Withdrawal and Cancellation
We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services at any time. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.
5. Liability
- Information Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, we are not liable for any errors or omissions.
- Website Downtime: We are not responsible for any downtime or technical issues with our website.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Rice Lady, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
- Usage: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
